04 - How will my order ship?
Express orders may ship via DHL Worldwide Priority Express or the US Postal Service Express Mail International.
Air Mail orders ship via the US Postal Service.
05 - When will my order ship?
Orders received by 2 pm Eastern Time (New York City Time) Monday through Friday ship the same business day, in most instances, and orders received after 2 pm ET ship the following business day.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays ship the following business day.

07 - How long will it take to receive my order?
Express Delivery Option - 3 to 5 business days
Air Mail Delivery Option - 21 days*
*This does not include time for customs and local delivery. Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, your customs office may hold your order for up to several weeks.
International delivery times are not guaranteed because of wide variations in custom regulations from country to country.
08 - Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are available on Express shipments but not Air Mail shipments.
Your tracking number will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent to you when your order ships.
If tracking is not available on your order, you will receive the customs declaration number in place of a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The customs declaration number is not a tracking number and will not provide tracking information.
09 - What can I do if I provide incorrect shipping information?
We rely on our customers to provide accurate shipping information with their orders.
If you realize you have provided incorrect shipping information at the time you placed your order, please e-mailing us at cs@GlucosamineSource.com
We will make the requested changes if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make any address changes.
We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided with your order. So please verify your order information is correct on the Order Confirmation Page and in your Order Confirmation E-mail.
The full cost of shipping will be charged for reshipments necessary because of incorrect delivery information. Original shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped.
10 - What should I do if my order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time?
If you order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time listed above for the delivery method you selected, please contact us.
Please be aware that DHL and the US Postal Service may leave your package while you are not at home.
Air Mail Service
The delivery estimate above does not include time for customs and local delivery. Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, your customs office may hold your order for up to several weeks so please be patient.
Since, as previously mentioned, tracking is not available on Air Mail shipments, please understand if there is a delay, we will not be able to provide detailed information. If this is not acceptable, please select Express Service, which does provide a tracking number.
If you have not received your Air Mail shipment within 30 days from the date it was shipped, we will issue a refund and ask that you contact us when your order arrives so that we can re-charge you for your order. If, for some reason your order is returned to us, we will contact you regarding re-shipment. If this is not acceptable, please select Express Service, which is a much faster and traceable service.
Express Service
We highly recommend that you periodically check the status of your package by using the tracking number provided.
We take full responsibility for all packages up to delivery. If the status of your tracking number is DELIVERED and you have not received your order, we recommend that you check to see if your order has been left outside, ask others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they may have taken the order in or speak to the person that receives mail/packages if your order was delivered to your place of work.
If you still can not find your order, please contact us.
11 - What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately if any of the products you ordered were damaged in shipping.
12 - Will I owe taxes on my order?
We are not authorized to collect duties, taxes or VAT from you and do not know how much your customs office may charge. You are responsible for any duties or taxes on your order. Check with your country's tax or customs office for tax rates before ordering.
While you are responsible for duties, taxes or VAT due on your order, you are not responsible for additional shipping fees. Please contact us if DHL requests you pay additional shipping fees to deliver your order.
13 - Will my order be delivered to the shipping address I provided?
In most countries, orders are delivered to your address. However, in some countries, customs officials require shipments to be picked up from the customs office by the individual the package is addressed to.
In some instances, a DHL representative may contact you to provide additional information before your package can be released by customs.
It is your responsibility to contact your customs office to verify your country's delivery policies and regulations.
14 - What is your Customs Rejection Policy?
Since customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, it is not possible for us to know the laws and regulations in each country we ship to.
It is your responsibility to contact your customs office to verify your country's laws and regulations pertaining to the shipment of our products to your country.
If your order is seized by customs for any reason and the order...
