Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us and we will refund 100% of your product purchase price on unopened product. We do not offer refunds on products that have been opened except for the products listed below*.

Returns
For all products, you must notify us of your intentions to return your order by e-mailing us at cs@GlucosamineSource.com

Upon receiving your e-mail, we will e-mail you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to properly return your order to us.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the price of the product returned, less any fees (see below). Please allow 2 to 3 days for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Fees That May Apply

Missing RA Number Fee
Please do not return your order to us without first contacting us to receive an RA number. Returning your order without an RA number will result in a $7.50 charge applied against your refund.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges and shipping cost we incur are not refundable and will be applied against your refund.

Return Shipping Fees
You are responsible for the cost to ship your return to us. If we incur shipping cost on your return to us they will be deducted against your refund.

Restocking Fees
A 10% restocking fee will be applied against your refund on returns of more than $199 of one product except for the products listed below*.
